Game Overview:
Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is an action-adventure game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega.
It is a spinoff release in the Yakuza franchise, and is set between the events of Yakuza 6: The Song of Life and Yakuza: Like a Dragon, with series mainstay Kazuma Kiryu returning as protagonist.
Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name doesn't seem to have an ESRB rating for a physical release.
Kazuma Kiryu's Agent Style and a new antagonist are showcased, with pre-orders gaining access to the Legendary Fighter Pack.
The game is seemingly due out in November, and will feature three locations, two fighting styles, plenty of side activities, and more.
The Like a Dragon developer's next showcase will air at 8 PM PT/11 PM ET, with more details on the livestream coming soon.
Get ready once again to sink dozens of hours into managing your own cabaret, because the fan-favourite Yakuza minigame is coming back soon.
RGG Studio boss Masayoshi Yokoyama says that the series is no longer focused on the Yakuza, which is why its Western name has changed.
Focusing on Kiryu's story between Yakuza 6 and Like a Dragon 8, the title is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC.
